Refund policy

We want you to love your un-banana socks. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed pairs in original packaging. Because our socks are a personal wear item, we're unable to accept returns on worn pairs.

If you receive a pair with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at hello@un-banana.com within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the defect. The pair must be returned unopened and unworn in its original packaging. Your mailer includes a double adhesive strip — use the second strip to reseal your return package. We'll replace it, no questions asked.
