All sales are final.

Because socks are a personal wear item, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please check the size ranges on each product page before ordering, and reach out to hello@un-banana.com with any fit questions.

If something arrives wrong

If we sent the wrong color or size, email hello@un-banana.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost. In most cases, you won’t need to send anything back.
