My Story
Hi, I'm Maithili, and here's how a torn ankle ligament became a sock brand.
In 2023-24, I'd spent two years recovering from a chronic spinal injury, slowly relearning how to move without pain. In 2025, Mexico City was supposed to be the victory lap - a trip with friends, a hot air balloon booked over Teotihuacán. I packed a light carry-on, because who brings bulky house slippers for a long weekend?
The tiles in that Airbnb had other plans.
One graceless slip in a regular polyester sock that was never built for tiled floors. A major ankle injury, two months on crutches, and a missed hot air balloon ride I am still not over.

But somewhere between the ice packs and rounds of physical therapy, a very specific question kept showing up: why is there no grip sock that's actually worth wearing in your own home? Not the pharmacy kind. Not the gym kind. Something that looked good, felt incredible, gripped properly, and was made with ingredients I could actually feel good about.
So I made it myself.
Most grip socks exist for a 60-minute class. I built mine for the other 23 hours. The home is where you actually live, and it deserved its own category, not a borrowed one. Kitchen tile. Hallway hardwood. The stretch between your bed and the bathroom at 2am.
I'm not the only one who's slipped, ached, or just wanted to feel okay at home in their own skin. If that's you too - even a little - I made these for you.
No shortcuts. No questionable materials. No unprotected tiled floors.
Your floor has been warned.
